Waiting for your Craft and Journal parcel? Here’s how to check on your shipped order.

Check your order status

Open your shipping confirmation email and follow the link to view your order. Your personal order status page shows your order’s latest status and any tracking details we’ve added.

Can’t find the email? Check your spam or junk folder, and look for emails from Craft and Journal.

Track your parcel with Royal Mail

If your shipping confirmation includes a Royal Mail tracking link, follow it to see the carrier’s latest updates. If you have a tracking number but no link, visit Royal Mail’s website, choose Track your item, and enter your number.

No tracking details?

Not every shipping service includes tracking. If your order has been shipped but no tracking number is shown, live parcel tracking may not be available. Please check your shipping confirmation for the details provided.
